Project Managers

Project managers can simply instruct the system to issue reports which show the exact stage of the contract and any outstanding issues to be resolved.

Quantity Surveyors

Automated valuations release valuable time for the Quantity Surveyors as there is no need for valuations to be checked. The system tells the QS what work has been completed for each individual contractor and to what value the works have been costed.

Any damage to works are also monitored and with automated damage reports sent directly to the offending party and the relevant QS, full cost recovery is achieved. 

With the system automatically calculating cash flow forecasts, time is greatly reduced in the preparation of these reports.

Site Management

With the checks input at the wizard set up stage (see below), the required experience of the site management is vastly reduced. The system automatically tells the operatives where to go, what to do, and what to look for.

With the checking monitored, the productivity is therefore monitored; ensuring value for money is achieved. This reduces the amount of site managers required.

Design Teams

With The elevate Management System, the design team will be automatically directed to the next important stage of design work to be completed. In turn, this allows the design team to keep in front of the construction phase and also tracks the productivity of the team, ensuring maximum out-put from each individual.
